Pasta for Soul from Soul

We love Soul Pasta! The food is amazing, all homemade and delicious. The owners are wonderful people, and their food has become nearly a weekly staple for my family. I love the pasta, my personal favorite being cavatappi. I highly recommend Soul Pasta.

Soul Pasta with it's partnership at Acclamation Brewing is so good. My husband and I enjoy being able to go inside the Brewery and get their food with beer and cocktails. Their variety of homemade pasta and delicious sauces with meatballs, chicken parmesan and meatball sandwiches are so good. They have a fried dough with different sauces that are also so good. Their customer service is so awesome. I highly recommend them.

I finally had the chance to check out Soul Pasta, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Located inside Acclamation Brewing in Verona, this local gem brings together delicious, fresh pasta and craft beer in a way that's both unique and satisfying. Soul Pasta, a husband-and-wife-run business, offers a variety of fresh pasta, ravioli, and homemade sauces, with the added bonus that all of their pasta is vegan. As I arrived, I grabbed a beer flight featuring a diverse selection of Acclamation’s beers, which were absolutely delicious. The brewery’s wide variety of brews makes it perfect for any beer drinker, and the flavors paired beautifully with the food that began rolling out from the kitchen. Here’s a rundown of everything I tried: * Fried Bread – Served with homemade Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Honey, and Pesto sauce. This sweet-savory combination was out of this world—the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sauces were a perfect match. * Cabbage & Ground Beef Pie and Spinach Pie – Served with mustard, salsa, pickled onions, and a special mayo sauce. The pies had a hearty, flavorful filling with a nice crunch on the outside, and the condiments elevated the flavors beautifully. * Bigoli Pasta with Marinara, topped with pesto, meatballs, and bread – The bigoli pasta had a great bite to it, and the marinara sauce was rich and comforting. The pesto added a nice finishing touch, and the meatballs were juicy and flavorful. * Arrabbiata with Mafalde – A spicy dish that had a real kick! The mafalde pasta absorbed the sauce perfectly, and the heat of the arrabbiata made it a standout. * Pesto Cavatappi – This was probably my favorite of the night. The cavatappi had the perfect texture, and the homemade pesto was incredibly fresh and aromatic. * Chicken Parm Sandwich and Meatballs Sandwich – Both were served with a side of green salad. The sandwiches were hearty and satisfying, and the salad added a nice refreshing balance. Soul Pasta’s menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a great mix of flavors and textures that appeal to all kinds of tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, ravioli, or something a little more inventive, there’s something here for everyone. Add the beer from Acclamation Brewing into the mix, and you've got a perfect evening. If you're in the area, definitely make time to check out this local treasure. Pasta + Beer = Heaven.
